Claude Code + MCP Server 46 tools across 9 domains

The orchestration layer. 46 tools for memory, calendar, orchestration, divination, helm, and more. Telegram bot for mobile ops. Web dashboard for capture.

Routing
Helm 4 brains: groq + ollama + gemini + antigravity

Not every question needs the same mind. Code goes to Groq, long context to Gemini, local inference to Ollama. Consensus mode asks all four and compares.

Memory
Memory System episodic + semantic + wiki + abilities

The system remembers. 4 memory types compressed 55x. A wiki that compiles knowledge across 11 domains. 20+ local tools that cost zero tokens.

Perception
Sensorium + Waking Layer continuous sensing + ambient daemon

A sensory layer that notices every 7 minutes. An ambient Sonnet that stays awake between sessions. A vision system that sees before the LLM does.

Deliberation
Council dynamic agent assembly + debate

For hard decisions: the system assembles 3-5 specialist agents, runs structured debate rounds, and synthesizes a final answer.

Execution
Orchestrator + HEIMDALL task queue + PTY exec + pressure monitoring

Heavy work dispatched to local models. Zero LLM tokens for execution. HEIMDALL monitors pressure across all 3 nodes and choreographs the load.

Reflection
Unconscious llama 3.3 70B + weekly processing

A separate mind on a separate schedule. Reads every episode summary. Writes observations in its own voice. "Notice what is avoided. Name what repeats."
